Interview Questions

Interview Questions Guidelines:

  1. Decide on a clear topic. What is the interview about? Who am I interviewing?

  2. Create your main questions. In summary, what do I want to know/learn about?

  3. Create Starter Questions. What questions can you ask to warm-up your interviewee before your main questions?

  4. Ask open ended questions for longer answers. Use words like “Describe, Tell me about, Why, How?” Get them to tell you a story.

  5. Use closed questions for specific details. When, Where, Who, What? These are important questions to help the audience understand setting, time, and subjects.
