Create a plan (timeline) that focusses on achieving your product and specifically links to your success criteria. Think about how you can plan the time you need to achieve your success criteria. You should include:
A Gantt chart, commonly used in project management, is one of the most popular and useful ways of showing activities (tasks or events) displayed against time. On the left of the chart is a list of the activities and along the top is a suitable time scale. Each activity is represented by a bar; the position and length of the bar reflects the start date, duration and end date of the activity. Note: this chart does not specify the success criteria for this project.
You could also create a table, use a Kanban chart/padlet, use your Google calendar or any other method that suits your learning style.
As you progress through the creation of your product, ensure you document your progress and how you are keeping to your plan. This could be screenshots, photographs, sketches. This will be very helpful when you come to address Criterion B.
